Arbitration Victory

Wolfe Law Tampa had the pleasure of representing a local general contractor and a local window/door installation company that was sued by a homeowner for $225,000.00, claiming, among other things, defective installation, permit violations, and licensure non-compliance.  After a two-day hearing, the Arbitrator found in favor of our clients on all counts and awarded our clients repayment of all attorney’s fees and costs.  A great victory for deserving companies that have in the past, and who continue to provide excellent work in our community.
